Laurie has always had a great Irish smile. It's in her eyes. Her spirit was infectious.

Miss Sullivan was my teacher for Reading/Language Arts at West Junior High in 1984-85. Such a fun teacher! Laurie, Your warmth, Your compassion, and Your friendship were gifts to us all. I pray we can all find the strength in the love and memories you shared. Memories none of us will ever forget. Your passing leaves a void that words cannot fill.

I don't know that there was ever one who didn't know Laurie in some way or another...a teacher, a friend, a classmate.
She had such a sense of humor, taught so well, her laughter will echo, linger on. Will all miss her.
She fought a courageous battle, she has admiration from many. Fond memories and our sincere sympathy to all her family
