Lesa (Mathew) Soler, 69 of Sebring Florida, passed away peacefully at her home on August 23,2025.
She was born on Feb.27,1956 in Lafayette Indiana to the late Raymond L and Martha May (Troxel) Mathew. Lesa attended public school in Wolcott Indiana, and she was a graduate of Rensselaer Central High School, Rensselaer Indiana. Lesa proudly served in the United States Air Force for 17 years, where she exemplified courage, discipline, and unwavering commitment to her country. Her military career was marked by honor and integrity, and she remained deeply connected to the values of service long after her time in uniform. Before moving to Sebring Florida. Lesa was known for her love of the outdoors, especially hunting with her significant other, Robert Boise, and the joy she found in spending time with her family. Lesa was the 10th of a family of 12. She cherished moments of laughter with her siblings, the fun conversation catching up on what everyone was up to. Her warmth, humor, and generous spirit and laugh, made her a cornerstone of a family gathering.
Lesa is survived by her companion and significant other Robert (Bob) Boise, surviving Siblings, Tom (Nancy) Mathew, Dale (Shirley) Mathew, Mary (Mathew) Poindexter, Karon (Mathew) Lynd, Sharon (Mathew) Reinhold, Vickey (Paul) Sietsma, Mackey (Deb) Mathew, Nickey Mathew, Kimmie (Mathew) Deneen, Eric (Monica) Mathew. Along with numerous nieces and nephews. Lesa was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Judy Mathew. Lesa touched our lives and will be in our hearts forever. Lesa is loved and will be greatly missed.
There will be a gathering to celebrate Lesa’s life in Sebring Florida, at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the VFW Post 4300 Sebring FL (1041 Lakeview DR, Sebring FL.33870)
