Not sure what to say?

John, LouAnn and family - sending love and prayers of comfort and peace during this difficult time. May your many wonderful memories of Mary bring you comfort and joy in the days ahead.

To Mary's family.....I am so sorry for your loss. I have a favorite memory of Mary. I think she may have been in junior high when this happened. It was when you got your new dog, a soft-coated wheaten terrier. She was so excited and happy that she ran over with the dog to show it to us. This memory makes me smile through the tears.
You are in my thoughts and prayers

Dear LouAnn, John, Tara, Tim and Joey, Scott and I are sending love, along with prayers of comfort, strength and peace.

Dear John and Lou Ann and family
My heart hurts for you. Such deep sadness.
I am so sorry you lost your beautiful Mary

Coach Lynch and family,
My condolences for your loss. I am going to have a special Mass said for you and your family by a Priest friend of mine. Many rosaries will be said in her honor and for your family. I pray that God touches your hearts.

Sorry to hear of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

We, the Cerda family are deeply saddened for Mary’s passing as she was a good friend to my late son Jose Cerda Navarro and we perfectly understand the deep hurt of losing a child. We pray God to give the Lynch family the strength to overcome this sad moment and pray for Mary’s peace at heaven. We will drive down to Cincinnati next Saturday March 14th to the funeral visitation. God bless you all
Jose R Cerda Sr.

Mary's Obituary

Mary Elizabeth Lynch, 32, of Amelia, Ohio, passed away on March 4, 2026, peacefully at her home, surrounded by family after a year of in-home hospice care.

Mary was born on October 5, 1993, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, to Lou Ann Eckert-Lynch and John Lynch. Mary was the energetic and loving youngest sibling, adored by her older brother and sister. She loved her family above all else.

Mary was an accomplished athlete and student. She was a graduate of Sycamore High School and an honor student at Miami University. Mary treasured her community of friends, cultivating deep and lasting relationships, and was always there for them when she was needed.

Amidst complex illnesses, surgeries, and hospital stays, Mary remained steadfast in achieving her goals. She was proud to have maintained sobriety for the last seven years of her life. While in hospice care, she was able to experience the birth of her nephew, her sister’s wedding, holidays with family and close friends, and her mother’s 70th birthday.

Mary was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mary and Joseph Eckert; uncles Michael Lynch, Paul Lynch, and Joseph Eckert III; and cousin Aiden Parigen.

Mary is survived by her parents, Lou Ann and John; sister Tara (Jason) of San Diego; brother Tim (Alison) of Chicago; nephew George; and her beloved dog, Joey, a handsome Whoodle.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Feeding America.
