Nancy Ann Tehan

Nancy was an extraordinarily talented woman and a longtime friend. She and I attended the same high school and we both danced in the Louisville Civic Ballet Company. When we were younger, we shared many good times together both on and off the stage. Nancy was a beautiful dancer who performed in several productions as a principal dancer. Her artistic talent was recognized and admired not only by other dancers in the company but also by many ballet patrons throughout the region.

I’m so sad to hear of Nancy’s passing. I worked with her at Aetna. When I got married I wore my mom’s wedding dress. It was in rough shape and Nancy kindly offered to remake it for me. It came out beautifully. She was so kind. ❤
