Pedro Palacios Jr.
Pedro (Pete) Palacios Jr, 66, of Harlingen, passed away Thursday,December 19, 2024 at his home surrounded by his wife and children.
Mr. Palacios cherished over 42 years of marriage to his devoted wife,Rosemary. He was a skilled tradesman, master plumber, and certifiedpipeline welder and spent over 25 years with TX Gas Service. He valuedhard work, being respectful, and helping others. He appreciated simplethings in life, such as barbecuing for his family, spending time outdoors,tending to his livestock, fishing and hunting, and making memories with hisfamily.
He is survived by his mother, Consuelo Palacios; wife, Rosemary Palacios;son, Pedro Palacios IV (Laura) and grandson, Javier; daughter, MarissaSandoval (Danny) and grandchildren Ezekiel and Alaina; three sisters,Connie Huerta (Juan), Mandy Ramirez (Felix), Lydia Rodriguez (Rolando);and numerous nieces, nephews, and relatives.
Mr. Palacios was preceded in death by his father, Pedro Z. Palacios.
Visitation will be at Trinity Funeral Chapel from 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Sunday,December 22,2024 with recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be atImmaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. on Monday,December 23, 2024.
Inurnment to follow at Restlawn Cemetery.
