Priscilla K. Rulison

Priscilla K. Rulison, affectionately known as Tudie, passed away on January 17,2025. Born and raised in Manistee, she was the daughter of the late Robert J. andVirginia I. (Jacobus) Wellman.

Rite of committal and Christian burial services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday,May 17, 2025 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Manistee. Graveside services will be ledby Rev. James Bearss of Divine Mercy Parish with musical accompaniment byKelly Niles. The Herbert Funeral Home of Manistee is assisting with localarrangements.
