Not sure what to say?

To the family of Robert "Bob" Novak: so sorry to hear about your loss. I knew Bob as a customer at Liberty Bank and it was always a pleasure to talk to him so many times. I got to know him really well and used to call him "Jim Otto" after the famous Oakland Raiders center! I even gave him a Jim Otto football card one time! He usually would come in and wait for me in order for me to do his banking and then we would have a conversation about almost anything! Bob was a great guy and I will miss...
