Rest in Peace
Handsome!

Jurgens family, we pray that you will feel the Lord's loving arms wrapped around you during this time of sadness. It was a pleasure knowing Ron. Al and I are going to miss him. We love you all.

Ron and my husband, Bob, were friends many years ago. I remember many times we shared together. My sympathy to Ron's family.

Ronald's Obituary

Ronald Charles Jurgens, 83, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on August 21, 2025. Ron’s life was defined by an unstoppable drive in business, a deep love for family, and a quiet generosity that touched countless people. He offered help without being asked and met every challenge head-on, larger than life and ready for anything set before him. In his final years he faced chronic back problems and other significant health issues, yet he never complained and kept moving forward. Even when in discomfort, his favorite greeting was, “Just another day in paradise.”

A lifelong entrepreneur, Ron built and led several successful businesses in Greater Cincinnati, including Stacey Moving and Storage, Stronghold Storage, and Great Time Family Fun Center. He was relentless about making his companies successful because success meant he could help more people. Through these ventures he served families and businesses with integrity, and he took special pride in bringing joy to thousands of children and parents at the Family Fun Center. He believed in a firm handshake, honest work, and taking care of employees and customers like family.

Above all, Ron was a family man. He is survived by his wife, Karen, and by his daughters Tiffany, Paige, and Jaime. He was the proud grandfather of Parker, Davis, Chase, Natalie, Cooper, Isabelle, Ethan, and Carson. Ron’s greatest joy was time with his grandchildren. He celebrated their accomplishments, encouraged their dreams, and showed up for every moment he could.

Friends and colleagues knew Ron for his big heart and steady optimism. He quietly helped people in need and offered second chances. Those who worked with him remember his reliability and fairness. Those who loved him remember his warmth and the way he made everyone feel welcome.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Forestville Baptist Church, 1311 Nagel Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45255, with a funeral service to follow at the church at 12 p.m. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Blue Ash, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in honor of Ron’s lifelong commitment to helping others.
