PORTSMOUTH- Wilbur Jackson ?Bubba? Wilkins III, 58, died September 23, 2015. He was the son of the late Wilbur Jackson Wilkins, Jr. and Catherine Wilkins Cotton. Bubba was a carpenter and a dedicated and loving grandfather.Survivors include his wife, Roberta Wilkins; three children, B.J. Wilkins and wife Vanell, Sherry A. Wilkins and fiancé Danny Justice, and Marcus Wilkins and fiancée Michelle McDonald; two sisters, Donna Monell and husband David and Edna Burch and husband Sam; one niece, Mandy Monell; and five grandchildren, Cameron, Kailyn, William, Kylie and Marly.Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a local animal shelter.
