I have known Bonnie for eight years now, beginning soon after Amy and I began our wonderful life together. Bonnie was always a quiet person and somewhat reserved but mercy she could really fool you sometimes. We always seemed to have wonderful conversations and shared memories and experiences, and these were always so interesting for me. I could really tell she loved Amy so much and her warmth towards me was so nice.

Amy and I were inseparable in high school, and we brought our mothers together through our activities! They became great friends. Together, Bonnie and Ethel, made it through raising the two of us in our crazy years! I will always remember and cherish our times together as a “family” living in the same apartment, spending Thanksgivings together, and traveling for cheerleading and silhouettes. Bonnie was my mom’s rock during her cancer diagnosis my senior year of high school. My mom would...
