Carla, the world changes from year to year, our lives change from day to day, but the memories of those admired or loved stay with us. I admired Bill, think of him often, and wish you the best on this, the 5th anniversary of his death.

We are retired, living in Florida now. We just learned on Bill's death, and our hearts break for you and your family.I have known and worked with Bill at Scott AFB And at St E's ER for over 37 years. He turned St E's ER into a great one. He was an exceptional person that we will always remember him fondly.

Carla and family:

There is a proverb I have always favored and in which I have found comfort: Say not in Grief that he is no more but live in Thankfulness that he was.

For the short time I knew Bill, I found him to have a wry and often self-depreciating sense of humor, be of a thoughtful yet opinionated nature, and love his family and work above all else.

I am sorry for Bill's passing and know he will be missed.

Carla,
Sincere condolences for your loss. We will always remember Dr. Cruzen as a gentleman who--over the past 30 years--was so complimentary to us and always inquired about our family members. From your friends at Andria's Restaurant

I'm sad to hear of Bill's crossing over. My best memory of Bill was in early grade school. He spent a day and night with me at my grandparents' farm where we played in their hayloft and ended up with scratches all over our arms and legs from the hay which grandma later doctored. I don't remember him ever being angry or having harsh words with anyone. He was a good person to have as a friend.

Dr. Cruzen created a special company. It has been my privilege to work for MEDS over the past 14 years. I will miss Bill very much. I will be praying that the God of All Comfort will be especially close to Bill's wife Carla, her children and Bill's brother John.

Rob and I along with our entire family are saddened to learn that such a good man has left this world. Perhaps he and Rusty along with the boys will have many good stories to share. To Carla, Catherine and the rest of his family we hope that you can find some sort of peace as time moves forward. Thinking of you all. The Bogue Family
