To Dad, I never thought that this would be the way for me to express myself and what you mean to me. As the tears roll down my face with saddness i think of nothing but good. You have been a mentor to many and an icon that will not be forgotten. I will always be your little girl and cherish ever moment we have had. I miss the everyday phone calls that ended with i love you. I could go on and on with memories but i will that to those you touched.....Always your Pookie

Although I did not have the honor of knowing Jim for a long time, we spent countless hours, days, weeks training together last summer. I don't think I would have ever gotten into my head all the mechanics under the hood of the bus if it wasn't for Jim's patience going over and over it all with me! He was a wonderful man and I will miss our visits every time I go to the North Adams yard. My condolences to Ruth and family and to everyone else who will miss him.
