We were so sorry to hear about Marty, we spent many years as members of the Ski Bees together with him and always enjoyed his company and his fun loving personality. We will always have great memories to remember.

To the Reid family,
Sorry for the loss of Marty. I got to know Marty as a participant at the morning round table discussion group at Duncan Donuts in Arlington. We could always count on Marty to express an interesting insight into whatever the topic was. We tried to locate Marty for the past several weeks but to know avail. Everyday we asked each other if anyone heard form Marty.
Marty and I had a somewhat common history in that I was a few years ahead of him at Arlingotn high and Polaroid. Our paths never crossed in my 47 years at Polaroid but our stories were similar. I'm sorry we didn't meet years ago but we did seem to catch up on many things.
We will all miss him and wish you all peace and fond memories of him.

My condolences to Marty's brother David, his sister Linda, his many nieces, nephews, also his companion Dolores, on the passing of my friend Marty. I first met Marty thru my cousin Jimmy Amerault after I was discharged from the US Army in 1965. Marty was my best man at my wedding three years later in 1968. He was the God Father of my first born son Christopher.
We both worked for and retired from Polaroid. I know the past few years were very difficult for Marty, his health had handed him many challenges throughout his life. It was cancer that took him away from us. I have known Marty for fifty-one years. I will miss visiting with him when we come back home to Medford from our current home in Las Vegas. May you finally find the peace that you deserve.
