Gerard Derepentigny Obituary

Born April 17, 1968 in Manchester, NH and passed into heaven on March 6, 2006. Devoted husband of Jeanene (Fowler) Derepentigny of Malden, MA and loving son of Jerry and Mary (Prisby) Derepentigny of Manchester, NH. Jay is also survived by 3 sisters, a brother, nephew and many nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jay believed in giving more than receiving; loving more than hating and waking up everyday trying to be a better person. He was taken too young, but he left a beloved legacy and inspires us to continue his work - to give more, laugh more and above all love more. Jay's challenge to all of us is to not be sad about his passing, but rather to live life without regret and always hold him deep in your heart. A Remembrance and Celebration of Jay's Life will take place Saturday, March 25 at Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 South Elm Street in Manchester. In lieu of flowers, a scholarship is being set up in Jay's name. Please email Jaysle [email protected] for info about where to send your donation.
