Sandra and Family, there are no words that could ease your pain, my love and prayers are with you all. I believe John and Wally are playing a great game of horseshoes while causing havoc in heaven-oh what gregarious angels. Love, Carol

I am at a loss about what to say -- our families have shared many memories together -- too many to count. One of my fondest memories of Johnny was that he was always joking around with my dad calling him "Carson" when we all know that Johnny was the real "Carson", the real comedian.
My family and I are so sorry for your loss, our whole family's loss.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Love,
Mark

I am deeply saddened over Johnny’s passing. As a whole, our family will miss him more than we can even realize yet.
Julie, Missy, Matt – The loss of a parent is devastating on so many levels. It is something a person cannot truly understand until it happens to them. I am so sorry.
As for losing a brother, that loss is just incomprehensible to me and my heart aches for you all.
It was too soon and Johnny had a lot of life left to live. I hope that he knew how many people he touched in the time that he was with us.
Love, TC (Johnny was one of my only cousins who still called me by my childhood nickname - I will miss that :)
