June 21, 2020. Wife of Patrick McHugh; loving mother of Jason Kochmanski, Jr. and Courtney Kochmanski; beloved daughter of Shari Barnas. Family and friends may call Friday, from 4-7 PM at the DIETRICH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2480 Kensington Ave., Amherst, NY 14226. PURSUANT OF NYS GUIDELINES, 25% OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS WILL BE OBSERVED. PLEASE WEAR A FACE COVERING. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Victory Basilica, 767 Ridge Rd., Lackawanna, NY 14218. Please assemble at church. Christy was very special. She loved her children, her mother and grandmother as well as so many friends. She made me laugh during some very difficult times, I loved her love for simple things....I'm just so sorry that this could have happened. The world was a better place with Christy. She will always be in my heart.

Christy was an amazing friend. Me and her would have a hilarious and sarcastic friendship with each other. We understood each others jokes. I would absolute aggravate her and she would try and sit there straight face, but a smirk always came up. Which is why i would always say " oh ok, so now you're mad". I will forever miss you.

Christy was an amazing friend. We always had a hilarious laugh together as we understood our own jokes. Ill always miss aggravating her and seeing her trying to hold back a smile while trying to be mad. I will always miss her.

Christy you will always be in my heart. I am going to miss your beautiful smile that you always had. You are going to be missed by so many that cared about you. Life is not fair and took you way to early but you are a beautiful soul and I know you will look down on all your family and friends. I love you sweetheart.

You are forever my best friend! I miss you so bad. Life is never going to be the same without you by my side. We had so many plans. I will always live my life to the fullest bc of you and ill never be afraid to be myself no matter what anyone says. Until we meet again save me a seat at the bar.
