To Jane and family, Jane and I were so sad to read of Frank's passing. He was an extraordinary individual and wish there were more like him around today. He was a great leader for the City of Burlington and I remember working on the BIG games so long ago. He was a man of honesty and integrity and was admired by everyone that knew him. I enjoyed meeting up with Frank and Jane at the airport several times on our mutual trips back and forth to Florida. In addition he was one of our heroes of WW2. Many accomplishments in his lifetime . May he rest in peace.

Dear Jane and Cain Family - I am so sorry to hear about Frank's passing. He was a lovely man and will be so missed by so many. I remember interviewing him when he was mayor and his advise about Burlington and public service to me still ring true.

Such a kind generous and warm man. He always was interested in my nursing career and how we could make healthcare better for patients and families. We will miss him. Dave and Jo

Frank was such a wonderful man! He welcomed Dave and me at every occasion we attended. He had a smile that could light up a room - quick wit, as well. He loved his wife and family. He will be sorely missed by all of them. We pray that his family will forever cherish their memories of time spent with him!

I had the opportunity to work with this gem of a gentleman back in the early 1980's. He was a mentor to me and taught me a lot about the insurance industry and playing cribbage. I will raise a roadie in tribute to him.
