Trent Naquin Obituary
age 18, of Malvern, died Monday, Oct. 5, 2015. He was born March 25, 1997 in Terrebonne, La. to Marc and Cassie (Carrere) Naquin. He was a senior at the R. G. Drage Career Center and a member of the Malvern Football team and the ski club.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Elizabeth Grace Naquin; yep brothers, Tyler James and Blake Owen Naquin; paternal grandparents, William and Johnnie Naquin Jr. of Houma, La.; maternal grandparents, Russell and Alice Gautreaux of Houma, La.; paternal great-grandparents, J. R. and Virginia Nix of Houma, La.; aunts and uncles, William and Misty Naquin III of Thibodaux, La.; April and Wade Lyons of Houma, La.; godmother, Alanna Gautreaux of Houma; cousins, Emily, Bryce, Wade Jr. and Leah; and many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Minerva First Christian Church with Pastor Dale Roberts officiating. Calling hours will be held two hours prior to services from noon till 2 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Brown Local Schools for the Olweus Program. This is the first time I've had the courage to look at this site since everything took place. My love for you will never fade, everything else just got darker when you left. Izzie, Ty, Blake & mom miss you just as I do with every breath. It's just not the same without you being here son you were our first I named you before your mom was 6 months pregnant with you. I just felt you were gonna be a boy and Trent Mathew it was going to be. I love & miss you so much it's like a part of me is missing. You will never be forgotten until we meet again love Dad.

Cassie and Marc words can't describe how sorry I am. Trent was such a bright handsome man I wish he knew how many lives he touched and although I didn't see him often I love him so much and I wish that I could take your pain away just know he is there with you watching over you and the little ones!
