Doug Myers was a lover of sports and especially the Baltimore Orioles. He and I attended a game in Baltimore when we were around 27 years old. I don't think Doug owned his own car at that time and I was happy to take him down to see a game at Memorial Stadium. He was one of the first people I remember in the first grade as he was ahead of everyone else in Math. Our teacher Mrs. Lawyer was very happy with Doug Myers and used him to try and inspire the rest of the class. Doug Metcalfe
