Stephen Howard Simon, 67, beloved husband and best friend of Linda, nee Nathan, for 45 wonderful years; loving father of Geoff (Lisa) Simon and Rachel Simon (Alex Katz, fiancé); cherished grandfather of Cyrus Simon; dear brother of Judi (the late Steven) Seidman; treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many. Steve was highly regarded as a public relations pioneer and visionary, and is the Founder and CEO of SSPR. Chapel service Tuesday 2:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. I am shocked and deeply saddened by this news. I've been a freelance writer on Steve's team for almost 8 years, but sadly, never had the opportunity to meet him in person. However, I so appreciated his mentorship, guidance and wisdom. My sincere condolences to his family and the SSPR team.

Not everyone gets the privledge of having such a close relationship with their boss. He was very gracious and giving. His chuckle, smile, and daily yelling for me from his office will truly be missed. It was an honor and pleasure to have worked side by side with him for the past year.
