Dear Mary Jane, Paula, and family -

Though I never had the opportunity to meet Brian, through Greg I knew him to be a devoted husband, son, father, and brother. In a world where we all seem to be too busy or spread too far apart, Brian recognized the importance of bringing family back together. As you are once again together on this occasion, I pray that you feel God’s loving presence among you and are blessed with many warm and happy memories of the times you spent with Brian.

Sincerest Sympathy,

Kathy Patzer

Dear Mary Jane,

It was a shock to see the news of Brian's passing in Sunday's Tribune. Although it has been a long time since we've seen each other, I wanted you to know that my prayers and thoughts are with you.

On this day dedicated to the faithful departed, we maintain the memory of our loved ones strong in our hearts, knowing that they continue to live and to share the Spirit with us. In our faith we pray that they will guide us to happiness and peace now and always.

Peace be in your heart,

Jim Miller

As a long-ago friend of Brian's, I remember his intense creativity and talent, his zest and love of life, and never ending commitment to his mother and family. I'm sure none of that has waned over the years... and his passing is a loss to all.
