Marvin J. Rubin, age 86, of Chicago and Aventura, FL, formerly of Lake Forest. Beloved husband of Francine Miller Rubin for 64 years; devoted son of the late Jack Rubin and the late Martha Gordon Rubin; loving father of Dr. Jeffrey (Janice) Rubin, Robert (Rita Wrenn) Rubin, and Andrew (Sara) Rubin; cherished grandfather of Ryan (Kasia) Rubin, Kimberly (Adam) Bentcover, Lindsey (Brock) Pellerin, Martha, Bryn, Eleanor, Miller, Chase, Emmet, Abigail, Lillian, Ethan, and Leo Rubin; proud great-grandfather of Claire and Jack Rubin. Graveside service Sunday, 12 Noon at Westlawn Cemetery, Poppy Section, 7801 W. Montrose Ave., Norridge. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, 1475 Northwest 12th Ave., Miami, FL 33136, tele: (305) 243-1000.
