David, I remember the times I came over to your house to hang out and play. Your Dad was always so calm and accepting and I knew that I was welcomed in your home. Kindness and Patience are hard to do but I felt like your Dad always embraced these 2 personality traits.
My condolences on the passing of your Father.

A wonderful, compassionate man. I worked with this gentleman at the Literary Council of Transylvania County. He was an inspiration to all and he will be greatly missed. Sally Gould

I have known relatively few gentlemen and scholars who have so affected my view of the world. George Patrick Bohan was certainly one of those. I met "Pat" about forty years ago. As we worked together, his gentle guidance through observation and nonjudgmental feedback was a model and an inspiration. After he retired from Olin Corporation, his support was even greater as a coach and mentor, sounding board and consultant. A child of the depression, a WWII veteran, an "Eli" of Yale, a devoted husband and father, a loyal friend.

So sorry for your loss. Mr. Pat enjoyed a good long life. So many cannot say the same. God has given us a life span of 70 or 80 years. Mr. Pat enjoyed a life well lived. He was especially strong. Ps. 90:10
