Stella Suda Obituary

On this day, Sunday, Nov. 2, 2014, All Souls Day, Stella Suda, 100, of Larksville passed lovingly into the arms of the Lord.

Born in Breslau, Hanover Township, Stella was the daughter of Gregory and Mary Suda and a long standing member of All Saints Parish (formerly St. Mary's Nativity Church), Plymouth.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Stanley, Frank, Joseph and Edwin, and by her sisters, Helene Ciecierski, Lottie Kondrad, Celia Robey and Mildred Duda.

Stella is survived by her sister, Irene Pilok, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Stella became a beautician, and with nine brothers and sisters, she got to practice her craft often. But her main priority in life was taking care of the family. Her heart was full of love and anyone could find comfort in her arms. She led a selfless life, always giving and never taking. We will miss her bright blue eyes, welcoming smile and sense of humor, but most of all we will miss her presence in our lives.

Her faith sustained her and we know where she will be, waiting for us to join her once again. So it is with broken hearts, we must say good-bye, knowing someday we will all be together singing her favorite Polish song, "Mother's Waltz." Rest Peacefully Coci Stashi. You are the reason we know angels walk the Earth.

The funeral will be held at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday from S.J. Grontkowski Funeral Home, 530 W. Main St., Plymouth, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in All Saints Parish, 66 Willow St., Plymouth. Interment will be in St. Mary's Nativity Cemetery, Plymouth Township. Family and friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

The family would like to thank Compassionate Care Hospice, Diversified Nursing, and Dr. Joseph Radzwilka for their care and kindness. Also, We Care Nurses Inc. and the Bureau of Aging. The family would also like to extend a special thank you to Debbie, Gena, Delphine, Sharon, and a very special thank you to Joe.

My heart broke, along with others over Cioci Stellas passing. It's rare in this world that you get to experience the love and sincere kindness of anyone, but I did. Cioci was one in a million, and I mean that with all my heart. Smiling as I type this, I also remember her humor. Too many times to count the laughter we shared. My heart breaks for her family, most especially Maryann, who was there for her every day of every year. Rest in Peace Cioci, you are with the Lord now, and your happy journey has just begun...
Love you Cioci,
Debbie

you were my rock. Without you I am just a pebble. Thank you for making me the person I am today. I will honor you by living the kind of life that you did. Love you forever.
