William Earl "Billy" Carver, Rock N Roll, to those who knew and loved him, was born in Millington, TN, on July 4, 1957. For over 20 years, he worked as a loan officer at American Mortgage Services in Millington. He meet and married the love of his life, Allison David Carver, on Beale Street in Memphis, TN. They were married on November 14, 1987.
His beautiful life will forever be cherished by the lives his wife, children, and family: wife, Allison David Carver of Covington, TN; daughters, Ashley Carver of Memphis, TN, and Mikki Carver of Drummonds, TN, and daugher-in-law, Stephanie Adney of Drummonds, TN; sister, Sally Ann Carver of Munford, TN; brothers, Bobby Carver of Bartlett, TN, Paul Carver of Munford, TN, Eddie Carver of Arlington, TN, Timmy Carver of Munford, TN, and Tommy Carver of Covington, TN.
He died at Regional One on May 7, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, William Robert Carver and Faye Wray Carver, and brother, Jimmy Carver.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital.

BILLY WAS SUCH A GREAT GUY, THAT EVERYONE LOVED!!! I OWE IT TO HIM AND THE GOOD LORD ABOVE, THAT I HAVE A HOME! HE HELPED ME SO MUCH & WENT ABOVE & BEYOND EXPECTATIONS.
