Rocco Sciarappa

SCIARAPPA Rocco Sciarappa, age 57 of Milford, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at his home. Born in Bridgeport to the late Rocco and Anna DeVietro Sciarappa, he was raised in Trumbull, and was pre-deceased by his beloved wife , Cheryl Gaudio Sciarappa. Rocco was employed by Sikorsky Aircraft for more than 20 years and was a member of Teamsters Local 1150. He is survived by brothers and sisters, Stella Halapin of Bridgeport, Anthony Sciarappa and his wife, Carol, of Stratford, Lawrence Gaudio and his wife , Debbie of Trumbull, John DelloRusso of Massachusetts, and Shirley Gaudio of Stratford; nieces and nephews, Brian Halapin, Heather, Sherri, Peter and Alyson Sciarappa, Eric and Michael Gaudio, Trevor DelloRusso; and stepmother, Angelina Sciarappa. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday March 27, at 9:45 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green PL. Stratford, and 10:30 a.m. in St. Gabriel's Church in Milford with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in Mt. St. Peter's Cemetery in Derby.
