Our condolences and Prayers to the family. Franks sister, Theresa, recommended Frank when we needed a plumber. Even though we live farther than he liked to travel, he always came to help us with even the smallest of problems. Frank was one of the sweetest, happiest, and honest men I've met. He is truly one of God's special children.

There sure were a lot of us growing up on M st.From Watson to Sanford .All the way to Bemis Bags nothing but fun.Frank and Roger were always playing Basketball or some form of baseball there at Bemis.I remember Frank saying "Chamberlaine" as he pretended to be Wilt the Stilt. In 1971 the Lakers had won 33 strait. We thought of many ways to have fun back then. We went "metal hustling" finding scrap metal in the neighborhood and putting it in Piedad's big green truck thinking we could make some big money not like "bottle hustling".Everytime I drive down Mst. I name the families as I pass the houses where they lived.I would see Frank at The Maya or at Tres and we would laugh if Hale was there we would laugh harder. Frank would always inquire about my Mom and Dad , how they were doing and their health. There was/is something special about Frank;genuinely good.He was a good kid that grew to be a very good man.My condolences to the Gutierrez family. God Bless.

My deepest condolences to the entire Gutierrez family. Growing up with the "M" Street boys, and hanging around with Hale and Frankie, were some good and fun times. Nothing better in life is to serve with humility in serving our dear Lord. Frankie was a good person, heart and soul, and is now rejoicing with the Lord. Amen! And, yet it saddens me greatly because I know how difficult it is for you brothers and sisters. Losing a sibling is like losing a limb. A part of you is missing. My prayers and thoughts are with you all. Take good care. Love,

I am so sad to learn of Frank's passing. My mother was one of his first customers. He was always so nice when he would come to the house to run the snake through the cleanout that he installed. We would talk of him often. He will be truly missed.

My deepest sympathy to the Gutierrez family. He was a sweet, kind, wonderful man. I knew him from his plumbing business. When I was diagnosed with cancer two years ago, he prayed with me and my family. He even took time out of his day to call and visit me, just to see how I was doing. I can't begin to say what his kindness has meant to me and my family. Now, I see he's been called home and I know he's in heaven with God. I take comfort in that and I hope his family does too.

Ramon:
I am so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. I knew him from Rolling Hills Covenant Church. He would mention you on practically every occasion, and his words and smile radiated his love for you. May you take rest in knowing he's in the arms of his Lord and Savior. Ramon, you as well as his faith and kindness are his legacy. My prayers will be with you and your family.

Artie,Roger and rest of the Gutierrez family may the piece of God be with you in this time of your loss. Yet it is a time of rejoicing as you celebrate the life of your brother as we know he is with the Lord. "Blessed in the sight of the Lord is the the death of His saints" I met Frank when he and Roger were having breakfast at the Maya Restaurant in Wilmington many times. He always was a joy to talk with
and the Joy of the Lord was always present with him!

My heartfelt condolences to the whole Gutierrez family. All I have is nothing but good memories of our childhood days on "M" St. We did some crazy things back then and had lots of fun. Frank was always a little more logical than some of us, but he still had to follow us to see what we were up too. May you rest in peace my friend and may God be with your family.

August 15, 2013

Your good works will be remembered by many. You have brought blessings to your family through your showing of faith and humanity to others. "And the King shall answer and say unto them, verily I say unto you, inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me." [Matthew 25:40] Rest in peace..
