Frank ‘Tate’ Mayone GLASCO - Frank “Tate” Mayone, 84, of Union St. died Thursday, July 16, 2015 at the Kingston City Hospital. Born July 17, 1930 in Glasco he was the son of the late Joseph and Frances Bruno Mayone. Tate was a member of the teamsters union Local #445 out of Newburgh and retired after 40 years. He was a member of the Teamsters Union Retiree Club, an Exempt Member of the Glasco Fire Co., a honorary member of the American Legion Post #1748 Lake Katrine, and a life long parishioner of St. Joseph’s RC Church in Glasco. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Ann Scherrieble Mayone. Two daughers: Lorie and son-in-law Chris Petersen and Dorothy Mayone and fiancé, Henry Wallace. Four beloved grandchildren: Ashley, Michael, Stephen Mayone Paquin and Nicholas Petersen. Brother-in-law: Otto Scherrieble and wife, Elisa. Also many very special nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Lillian Hughes, brothers, Mike, John, Thomas, Pat, Ralph, two infant sons: Joseph and Frank, a dear niece, Valerie Mayone and Nephew, Michael Mayone. His Funeral Service will be held 10:15 a.m. Monday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc., Cor. of John & Lafayette Sts., Saugerties. Thence to St. Joseph’s RC Church, Glasco where at 11 a.m. a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered. Friends will be received Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Family suggests donations in his memory be made to the Glasco Fire Co. or U.C. Hospice. Expressions of condolence may be shared with the family at SeamonWilsey Funeral Home.
