Happy Valentine’s my love; I wish you were here to celebrate with me …
And make reality all our plans for this special day in Florida,
Especially today that is so, so cold and really colder without you
I am sure you and I would have really enjoyed Sunny Florida.
I know how much you loved the ocean and I know we would had a terrific, exciting and loving time, just the two of us with no one to bother us, Yes, my love No Football and No phone calls for me, instead I am here alone with the Memories of our love Thinking of you and reading all the loving cards I received from you through out the years for Valentine’s and special occasions.
I have not spent a day without loving you. I have not spent a night without embracing you, I have not spend one night without thinking of you, dreaming of you and waking up seen you. Sometimes I think this is just a dream, I wait for your calls and nothing...
My mind is occupied with thought and memories of you, this all I have your memories .
Oh how much I miss your presence and your love. I f I could have you just for one more day or one more hr or minute, but then, I would be lying, because I know that would not be enough.
If I could only tell you once more how much I need you and how essential you were in my life .instead I can only tell you that my love for you will never die It will continue to grow until my heart and yours are together, which is what love is

I'm Jill - Billly's sis-in-law in California. Cannot write in words the ways that Bill is missed & that we seek ways for his memory to live on.
I am with Stephen , Gaill & Tony & and several friends and at half time of the game we just planted a lime tree given to Gail by a close friend and christend it with Corona. We called Maria & Jooosephhhhhh at halftime halftime & basically laugh & cry our way through most get togethers. Live, Love, Laugh - Bill's family

My love, Since the first time I met you, I knew you were different, there was something about you something unique , that I could not figure out, I tried so many times to find excuses of why we should not be together. I tried to ignore you but I just couldn't’t ...your smile and your funny face kept me coming back. Your daily phone calls about your friends at work or what you were doing that moment just kept me going no matter how hard the day was for me. I waited everyday for your calls. I will miss them, but will not miss you, because you will always be with me.
My Love , Nothing will take the pain I have by losing you, the only consolation I have is the memories of the times we spent together... the long walks around my house is were we really were connected....the quiet times. And the times we had when we watched TV, of course before football or after... our long talks about the future, and of course your complaints about my working long hrs on the week-ends at work or my phone calls to friends in need. However, at the end you always understood, especially if I cooked a meal after work for the next day that made you happy …I will remember your crazy driving. The games you ask me to play on your best friend and his wife, you were wishing that he call me to see if this was true, unfortunately each time he call you and you call me to check if he had call me my respond was he did not, the only regret I have is that you were not able to tell him the true and how you felt ...You were unique and always will be
And because of this I know I will be able to find you among all the Angels in heaven my love.
You were always by my side during my happy times and my not so happy ones.
Yes you were there to dry my tears and to put a smile on my face.. I will always remember the short vacations we took , just to get away from everyone..
You will be with me in my heart , now and forever ,
-I know that we belong together and we will be together one day my love…

To all or whoever knew Billy: Billy (my Teddy) was a great hearted person. I grew up with Billy! I will never forget him saying to my 2 year old at His mom's house. " Jesse we are going to have Pissgetti tonight". " Velaine is cooking" (Bill's Mom) As my son could not say Spaghetti. He loved all and gave alot to the community. His smile and teasing was always a blast. Swim parties in the backyard. Watch out for Billy! (he liked the girls with the Bikini's!
I would never want to interupt one of his football games though! My husband and I lived with the Penman family for quite a while when we returned from Florida. Billy would always be there as i snuck into his room for some long time talks. We love you and will always miss you and your SMILE! No more worries honey. You have met your maker. Please put a good word in for me. Donna Brust (Kent too) Words can never explain this loss! xxxxxxxx

To The Penman Family,
My family and I are so blessed to have been able to spend Thanksgiving holidays with Billy. I will never forget our day in San Francisco after his brother Stephen and Jill got married. Gail and I had so much fun visiting The Buena Vista Cafe' and exploring the local art vendors. Being with Billy and his family was always so entertaining. His humor and generosity will be missed forever!

Bill and I first met while working at GE. While working together over the years, we discovered we had common interests: love of football, travel, gambling, a little drinking. In that short time, it felt like I gained a brother. I will miss Bill coming over to watch football on Sundays, going out to dinner with my wife and Maria or him calling just to check in.
There will be an empty chair at our Superbowl party in his honor. Even though I only knew him for a short time, I will remember him always.

WE SHARED MANY MEMORIES OF FRIENDS AND FAMILIES. BUT I KNOW THAT SOME DAY WE WILL ALL BE TOGETHER. I WILL PLACE YOU IN A SPECIAL PART OF MY HEART WHERE YOU CAN LIVE FOREVER.

Bill never tried to replace our father but he was the only male figure that we had that was always there when we needed him. He was there for our birthday dinners. He was there for all the holidays. He was there for our spur of the moment BBQ’s or spur of the moment trips. He was always there making us laugh. There was the time where we were all complaining to my mother on how hot she made the sweet potatoes and we couldn’t eat them. Then we all stopped and looked at Bill’s plate with his sweet potatoes half gone. We gasped and asked him if they were hot. He answered with his mouth ½ full and a smirk on his face, “They’re warm.” We all broke out in laughter. We will miss him seated at the head of our table. We will miss him calling us 2-3 times a day during Christmas and our mother’s birthday asking us what he should get our mom; he was very, very, very particular with details :)
Most importantly he made our mother happy which made us happy. He was a good man that was never mean spirited. He was Bill, always easy going, always laughing. It is going to be so, so hard to go on through life without someone that was always there. We will miss him terribly. Please God take care of him. And Bill, please know how important you were in our lives and we will never forget you.
Love,
Lisa, David, & Keith
