Josh helped me with my house at502 east popular St he was so happy that I was going tobe restoreing it he was so tired of seeing it every day so delapadated passing it every day on his way to work he was a great help getting the comdemation order lifted and was so intelligent about structure and what to do I will miss him I'm so sorry about this news
