Peg, I am glad we had such an enjoyable visit on your 100th birthday January 29. That was before you learned of your fatal illness. We did not know then that it would be our last opportunity to spend time together. The lockdown due to the virus took effect just a few weeks later and visits were no longer possible. I am so sorry you had to spend your last days without any friends to hold your hand, but I hope you knew that our thoughts were with you. And you will continue to live our hearts. Thank you for 47 years of friendship and encouragement of my photographic endeavors. As we worked on the last of those annual Christmas letters that we put together, I did not want you to say that it was the last one, but you insisted. You were already thinking about going to find Ed and now, at last, you are together again.

In loving memory of a wonderful woman. I will always cherish our lunch trips, laughter, advice, morning horoscopes and so much more but not as much as our friendship. I love you Peg, and I will see you again.
