Arabelle and family:
Wish I could have been there today with you to say my goodbys to my friend, Tom.
I thought of him often and will miss all the walks on the golf courses at Lake Tahoe,Pebble Beach and San Diego. He always had great stories to pass the time away while we watched Jack make or miss the shot.
His thoughtfulness will never be forgotten. He would invite us to many events and dinners again filled with great stories.
Always so proud of this family, you all were so lucky to have him as a husband, father, brother or grandfather, as I was to have him as a friend.

I am so sorry to hear about Tom's passing, he was an incredible man. I was truly sad to hear the news. He was an extremely generous and caring person, everyone loved Tom. He played such a significant role in my life growing up and he will be greatly missed. I will never forget his incredible family and all that they did for me. I could not possibly repay Tom, I will be for ever in debt to him and his family. Because of Tom's example I had the courage to accomplish many things in my life...but most of all he taught me how to share with others. When I read the words "Pebble Beach" in this announcement I smiled, because I knew how much he loved golf. It must have been a slice of heaven for him. And Tom brought a slice of heaven to everyone he met. He was always showing you a place you had never seen, a meal you had never experienced and a smile with every gift. He seemed to get more joy by seeing you smile than anything. The world is better place because of Tom Brown. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. I so wish I could have been there to pay tribute to this incredible man. Please know that I will never forget him, he was the greatest. All that we have is to give...Tom gave all he had to others.
