I am truly sorry to hear the news about Rich Fisher. I grew up watching him as a child and always thought he was one handsome man and truly easy on my eyes. Rich was a well dress anchor and a man of great integrity reporting the news. He will truly be missed. May God Bless the entire Fisher family especially his children.

I was so shock to hear the passing of Rich Fisher. I enjoyed watching him through the years on WXYZ and Fox2 News as a news anchorman. He will truly be missed. I sincerely offer my condolence to the family of such a great man.

I sincerely offer my condolence: Words seem insufficient at this dire time. Although nobody denies the certainty of death, we all need comfort in the reality of it. May you fine real comfort and relief, and as a result, begin to recover gradually from your pain. With the love and help from those around you in the days ahead.

We are so very saddened for your loss of such a great man. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. When Rich first started on WXYZ radio in Alpena MI. The first place he lived was in a apartment at my Mom and Dads house in August of 1968. We all thought the world of Rich, we had good times with him while he lived in Alpena. Heaven just got a wonderful Angel rest in peace our friend.

Some years ago, I worked at American Cancer Society in Southfield, Michigan. Rich Fisher, working at WXYZ-7 Action News, was always approachable for airtime for our fundraisers, very generous with donating to the cause and never turned down a volunteer opportunity. He was a kind, decent individual who will be remembered in years to come. RIP, Rich!

I grew up just across the street from Rich and his family. The street was Mendota and we attended the Edgar Guest elementary school. My family moved to Dearborn in the early 60's. I lost track of the Fishers but always enjoyed the news when Rich was on. It's a sad day but he was a fine person.

Rich was as talented as he was kind. He was someone I enjoyed watching. I also had the pleasure of meeting him a few times when I was in high school when he helped me with projects I was working on. Rich, thanks for sharing your life with so many people. We are blessed to have known you.

I have very fond memories of my days with Rich back in Cooley High School. He was always fun to be with. I enjoyed watching his success over later years. Always knew he had the gift of gab & relating to people on a personal level. I'm truly sorry to hear of his passing. May he rest in peace. My condolences to the family.
