My condolences to the family and friends. My dad died with cancer also. Everyone's experience is different but in the end it just hurts. Please find comfort in God who promises to comfort us.

It is a sad fact of life that you loose people you love. No matter how young you are, it is always too soon. There are always too many things left unsaid, too many times together that didn't happen and could have. Charlie and I loved Doug and our lives are better for having been his friend. He was a blessing to everyone he knew and we will miss him very much. Our heart breaks for his husband, Todd, and for the rest of his family and for his legion of friends.
