Dawn Bessette Obituary
Dawn was born August 23, 1960 in Dover, to Ronald Bessette and the late Virginia Dawson Bessette, 2014.
She graduated from Caesar Rodney High School in 1978 and also received her BS Degree in Architectural Technology from the New York Institute of Technology, Old Westbury, NY in 1984. Dawn most currently held the position of Construction Project Manager, Facilities Management, Office of Management &Budget, for the State of Delaware.
In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her step-brother, Todd E. Ramsey, 2014.
Dawn is survived by her father Ronald Bessette and his wife Maria Liberto Bessette of Dover; step-brother, Jon Eric Ramsey and family of Wilmington, NC.
It is Dawn's wish that burial be private. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Delaware Hospice, 16 Polly Drummond Ctr, 2nd floor, Newark, DE 19711.
