Beth and family. Our hearts ache for the loss of your mother, wife and grandma Ina. We will miss her very much. We were very honored to know her and love her. I (Rose) remember and never will forget going to her wedding and Ina coming to my wedding and being with her in Shul activities.
I (Debby), was surprised to learn that Ina wrote the Camp Shamayim song that I used to sing when I attended Camp Shamayim. Beth, you sang it so beautifully during the service. I caught myself singing it with you. I have always liked that song.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. You all have a beautiful and loving guardian angel watching over you now. May her memory always be a blessing. We love you!

My sympathy goes out to the entire family. Ina was a gem of a person and I cannot began to even write how she and Irwin influenced me as a music educator. Irwin you are a prince of a man and will always be strong.
As Pablo Casals said "listen to the birds they are singing Peace! Peace! Peace! " I know Ina is singing with them.
With much love

There are stars up above so far way we only see their light
Long, long after the star itself has gone
And so it is with people that we loved.Their memories keep shining brightly though their time with us is done.
But the stars that light up the darkest night
These are the lights that guide us
As we live our days
these are the ways we remember, we remember
As we live our days
these are the ways we remember, we remember
And it is time and breath and love of life that we learn to deal with life's triumph, challenges and strife.
The mother's love and lioness protection
guide us, steer us in the right, the good and holy direction.
With Sound and voice we learn life choice...
to love to fight to make might right.
Through Mothers and Fathers
Our soul protectors we are driven to future
to continue the circle of life, the new directors.
We serve, respect and revere traditions
Our lives live out
our Lord's predictions.
We were Blessed with Ina Florence Salzman Kurland:

Many wonderful things will be said about Ina Kurland. Her death, at 77, indicates that she achieved the predicted life span of three score and ten with something to spare. Her legacy, however, will be in CORE VALUES AND IDEALS, not in words. Her life, and the way she lived it, enhanced JUDAISM, and MANKIND in general. Her loss is a sad reminder that the percentage of individuals who make the effort to do GOOD DEEDS is FALLING, not RISING! May the memory of Ina Kurland inspire a change in that trend. Lloyd J. Krapin, El Paso

Dear Kurland Family
My mother and I were so sorry to hear about your loss. Ina was a wonderful woman, with a lot of strength and humor. She was in every way her mother's daughter.
Although things seem dark right now, she will forever be a star in the sky.
Much Love
