May he rest in piece. From a former MANCHU brother. Many of us former "Lieutenants" benefitted from (then ISG) Macias when we were in the 1st Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment at Camp Hovey Korea. It was a tough post but sprinkled with many outstanding leaders such as he.
