Ann Nunnery Obituary
Stedman — Mrs. Ann Ernestine Sessoms Nunnery, 83, of Stedman passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at her home.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28 at Concord Baptist Church with Rev. Larry West officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Nunnery was a native of Sampson County, the daughter of the late Thomas Edison and Nannie Ola Taylor Sessoms. She was the widow of the late Bobby Nunnery. She was a teacher's assistant for the Cumberland County Schools and a North Carolina Foster Mother for many years.
She is survived by one son, Danny Gray Nunnery (spouse, Kathi); one daughter, Judy Latza (husband, James); eight grandchildren, Bradley Latza (wife, Chasity), Brittany Latza, Edward Nunnery, Brycen Latza, Brendan Latza, Brayden Latza, Brentley Latza and Brighten Latza; two great grandchildren, Marcue Latza and Tucker Latza; four sisters, Edith Hall, Martha Carlisle, Myrtle Coberly and Wanda Wirth; and numerous children that she loved and cared for through the years.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday evening at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Children's program at Concord Baptist Church, P.O. Box 429, Stedman, NC 28391.

Judy and Danny,
I am so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Ernestine was such a blessing to our church and the community as well.
She is in heaven now and no more pain for her.
