Dorothy Kuney Obituary
In accordance with Dorothy's wishes, there will be no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Seneca County Sheriffs Police Benevolent Association (PBA), PO BOX 11, Romulus, NY, 14541, Attn: Project Life.
Dorothy was born on November 15, 1929 in Seneca Falls, the daughter of the late Floyd and Bertha (Rowland) Reynolds. A graduate of Mynderse Academy, Dorothy was a life resident of Seneca Falls and was employed by the Seneca Falls Hospital. She had also worked for a number of years at Calarco's Pastry and Restaurant and D.A.'s Liquor Store, both of Seneca Falls. Dorothy was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church.
She is survived by her children and daughter-in-law Mary Ellen (DeSarro) Kuney, Susan Teague, Cynthia (Peter) Milanesi, William (Monica) Kuney, Kevin (Virginia Johnson) Kuney; her grandchildren Joshua, Bradley, Angela, Carol, Gina, Michael, Maria, and Elizabeth; eight great-grandchildren; and sister, Freda Wilson.
In addition to her parents and loving husband of 65 years, Dorothy was predeceased by her son, David Edward Kuney; son-in-law, Bill Teague; and sisters Esther Benn and Hazel Westfall.
