Dear Judy,
I can't believe we are both experiencing the loss of our husbands within a year of each other.
I have for many years expressed that you were a saint in your care for my brother. I know no one would dispute that.
Both of you lived for each other. You were an inspiration to all in your love, selflessness and devotion to Paul. He in turn was an example of love for you and his true perseverance to live each day.(I guess that was helped by that sense of humor he had).

I hope you will take a much needed rest and then come and visit me. I look forward to taking our new life to another level.
Love, Judi

Even though we all knew that Paul was not well, it doesn't make it any easier. The funeral was beautiful and I am grateful I was able to attend. Paul is up there standing tall now and will always be in our hearts. We love you Paul! Cathy and Tammy

Dear Judy, Mike, Tom and family,

As we start our first year without Paul, I think it is a great time to make a commitment to live life, emphasizing family, physical and spiritual commitments.

Paul’s diagnosis of multiple sclerosis was difficult and life-changing. Through everything, Paul and Judy demonstrated a deep commitment to each other, seeing the world with a clearer perspective than perhaps many of us. Let’s follow their lead. After all, family and friends are the foundation of our being. Family and friends are our deepest roots of support and nourishment. We will always remember Paul as a vibrant member of our family. We loved him and will miss him.

With much love,

Dear Judy, just in case the guest book doesn't get back to the house, we want to be on record as neighbors and friends as well as LMIC fellow employees to let you know we will miss Paul terribly and will be here for you in the days and weeks to come. Our monthly lobster lunches with Paul and Ed & Reggie & Tom & Joe & Bruce & John M when he could make it were something we always looked forward to. We have enjoyed many good times with you and Paul over the last 17 years that we have been neighbors. We will be preparing the collation at your house for after the Mass and are honored that you have asked us to participate. We are your "in residence" friends and neighbors and you know you can call on us whenever. Love to you and your family, Bill & Judy

I was privileged to have known Paul for over 35 years dating back to when we first started working together at Liberty Mutual in Lexington, MA. He was just a wonderful guy and a great friend whose strength and determination has been an inspiration to both me and my wife. To Judy and the family, you are all in my thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.

Dear Judith and family,

Please accept my deepest sympathies. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time. I worked with Paul at Liberty Mutual. He would always greet you with a smile and take the time to ask how you are doing. I know he had many caring friends and I was fortunate to have known him for several years. May these few kind words and your memories of Paul bring you comfort.

I worked at Liberty Mutual with Paul for a few years when I first came up to Dover. What a great person - always polite and helpful. And I was impressed by the fact that he kept on going despite his illness. He was a great example. I know you will miss him.
