Jason Threatt Obituary

Jason D. Threatt, 30, of Greenville, S.C., died Thursday, July 14, 2005.

Born in Greenville, he was the son of Denise and Mike Plizga of Easley.

He worked as an electrical designer at Fluor Daniel and was very active in the YMCA. He also enjoyed hiking, golfing and deep-sea fishing.

Surviving are his wife, Candice Threatt of the home; a son, Jordan Threatt; two daughters, Sarah Grace and Hannah Ruth Threatt; a brother, Brad Hodgins of Easley; a sister, Amy Heath and her husband, Greg, of Travelers Rest; a stepbrother, Jason Plizga of Virginia Beach; a stepsister, Jennifer Gravely of Pickens; grandparents, Joe D. Langley and Martha Smith, both of Greenville; great-grandmother, Thelma M. Glenn of Easley; mother and father-in-law, Tina and Chris Propes of Easley; father and mother-in-law, Ken and Susan Hill of Anderson; brother-in-law, Kenny Hill of Easley; two sisters-in-law, Casey Moon of Easley and Rachel Hill of Anderson; a niece, Hailey Heath; and a nephew, Anthony Parker, both of Travelers Rest; and best friend, Chad Gosnell of Greenville.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 18, 2005, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 17, 2005, from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Woodlawn Funeral Home.
