John Baker Obituary
Mr. Baker, 71, died Jan. 7, 2005. Born in Rock Bridge, Ill., he was a son of the late John C. and Mabel Cecil Goodall Baker. He was a retired truck driver, was a member of the American Legion, was a mason, and was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
Surviving are his wife, Betty Koon Baker; sons, Randal D. Baker of West Columbia, Wesley L. Baker of Ridgeway; sisters, Nadine Combs and Bertha Dean, both of Carollton, Ill.; brothers, Hal D. Baker of Jacksonville, Ill., and Francis Gene Baker of Carollton, Ill.; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
