Mary Ambrogio Obituary
Dec. 21, 1929 - Dec. 23, 2017 Mary Ambrogio (nee McArdle), a long-time Greenwich resident, passed away peacefully Saturday December 23. She was 88. Born, December 21, 1929 in Byram to Matthew and Katheren McArdle. Mary worked as a banker, in addition to raising her children. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Fred and her daughter Gina. Mary loved her family and was very active in local politics.
Mary is survived by her children Kathy Calabrese and Chip Ambrogio. She also leaves behind her daughter-in-law, Jeanne, grandchildren Mclean and Theodore,and cherished sisters-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
To honor her life, family and friends will gather Wednesday 4pm – 8pm at COXE AND GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME 134 Hamilton Ave. Greenwich (203) 869-5968. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday 10am at St. Roch's RC Church, Greenwich. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Rye Brook. My beloved Aunt Mary you will be missed. Always will remember your warm smile and pleasant way. Will remember fondly all the wonderful family memories.
