Alma Quintero Obituary

Alma D. Quintero was born on Oct. 18, 1981 in Hanford and raised in Goshen. She left us to be with our Lord and Savior on Monday, Sept. 17, 2007.

Alma was a very loving, sweet, compassionate, outgoing, full of life and spirited just like the chocolates she loved eating. Alma touched many hearts. She worked at the Hacienda Health Care in Hanford for seven years where she was an environmental specialist supervisor. Alma will be greatly missed by her co-workers and many residents that prayed for her and loved her. Alma had a special personality that everyone she would meet fell in love with her.

Alma will be greatly missed by all her family and many, many friends.

Alma leaves behind her parents, Jesus and Margarita Quintero; brother, Jose Juan Quintero of Goshen, wife Margaret and kids Rebecca, Melinda, Jose and Elyssa Quintero; sister, Maria Amaral of Hanford, husband Gus and children Jr., Diana, Daniel and Jesieka Amaral; sister, Esther Quintero of Goshen, sister, Elizabeth Quintero-Meraz of Goshen, husband Antonio and kids Jesus, Antonio, Margarita and Baby Jo-Jo Meraz; sister, Lupe Quintero of Goshen; and brother, Mario Quintero, wife Amanda, kids Mario, Moises Quintero of Goshen; daughter, Makayla Quintero of Tulare.

Babygirl you came to this world for a reason and a purpose and now that you've done what you needed to do our Father has taken you back home because he needed you. You've fought a good fight and won the race.

Visitation was held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel in Visalia. Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. Friday at the Church of God in Goshen. Burial was in the Visalia District Cemetery.
