My condolences to the Lasher family. Dick Lasher was an intelligent, fun loving, and joke telling kind of guy. We enjoyed his company when he used to come over to our house. Have fun buddy!

To the Lasher Family:
My sympathies to you on the loss of a dear, loving family man.
Dick volunteered at the Rocky Hill Veterans Home & Hospital where I worked in the Occupational Therapy Dept. There, he transported wheelchair bound veterans to and from their O.T., P.T., Speech therapy and Recreation activities. His boundless cheerfulness, hearty laugh and attentiveness to each and every person he met made each patient's and staff persons day that much brighter. He captivated us all with his many stories. Whether or not the full story of his autographed baseball by 3 of baseball's great legends, including Babe Ruth, is true or not, he sure made it sound authentic!
The joy he brought to so many will forever be remembered.
