Oh, Irene, I missed you from the moment I heard you had gone, and have spent a week and more hoping that somehow an email from you would show up, yet I'm happy for the friendship we had and happy that you were able to spend your last night in the home you so loved. I have no doubt that you are well, regreting only, perhaps, that your friends in other parts of the world cannot know of your passing.
Thank you, my friend, for having enriched my life and love

Melanie I am sorry to hear of your mother's death. I remember the wonderful coats she made you that you let me borrow. I can't beleive that she lived so closed to me - if I had only known. I live in Sarasota and would have loved to have said hello. My heart goes out to you,

Dear Mrs. Sammet,
I cannot believe that we were together almost two decades. You have taught me so many things in our time together and I am thankful for that. As the years grew we became like Mother and step daughter. As mothers we had each other to laugh with and cry with. I will always hold you dear to my heart. I will never forget your words of wisdom and yes, I will be good to myself. The last words you said to me were, Love you to so now I am saying that to you.
Love you to
