Toudelle Gaubert Obituary
Visitation will be from 8:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
She was the mother of Denis J. Gaubert, III (Charlotte), Steven C. Gaubert (Ginger), James G. Gaubert, and Suzanne G. Kling (Neal); and the grandmother of Matthew and Natalie Gaubert and John and Madeline Kling. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Denis J. Gaubert; her parents, Clement P. Melancon and Cecilia Benoit Melancon; her sisters, Clemence Ordogne and Leona Manuel; and her brother Zenon Melancon.
Mrs. Gaubert was a graduate of Thibodaux High School and Soule' Business College. She was a devout Catholic who attended Mass regularly and was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
The family offers many thanks to all who provided care for her in her later years, particularly the wonderful staffs of the Lafourche Home for the Aged, Thibodaux Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph Hospice, and Bayou Medical Staffing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial Masses or donations to the charity of your choice are preferred.

Toudelle was my 1st cousin. Her father and mine were brothers. We were close growing up. I always loved her and her family. My condolences to her family. We will not be at the funeral tomorrow but all will be in our prayers.
