I will simply add to what I have already posted. Mike was a business friend before he became a personal friend. I knew Mike to have a sense of "fairness" in dealing with people in the business community. Mike was a very special person.

On a more personal note, Aunt Rhonda, I can't imagine what you are going through right now. There aren't really any words I can say to make things better for you, and I wish I could. I just want to let you know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I wish you peace and we all love you very much. God Bless! Love, Sara

Mike and Rhonda are very dear and very special friends. Mike and I have many common interests to include business, hunting, and fishing. Mike was a joy to know...always bright, always cheery, always "upbeat". His spirit will remain with me and we all will miss his presence.

With my deepest sympathy to honor Mike for all he was and still is to our family. I will miss him more than words can express. I will always cherish the bay days in Galveston, the many holidays spent together with so much laughter and mostly his true and kindred spirit. I know he is in heaven with Dad, who loved him, trusted and respected him much. No more words can express my feelings, however,I do thank God for the season of having Mike in my life.

I have known and worked with Mike for about 6 years. We got along really well. Before getting to business, he always started with a personal touch. He was always interested in talking about my family, especially my three kids and their accomplishments in college. I considered him a friend and I will miss him dearly. He gave me a couple of breaks when I really needed it and I appreciated it greatly. He was a good hearted person. Take care my friend and I will see you sometime in the future. I also pray for his wife and the family he left behind.
