Our hearts go out to Norm and Mike and the entire Leventhal family on the loss of their beloved wife, mother, and grandmother.
Phyllis was truly a shining light and such a support to her husband and her son Mike in their work on behalf of the Israel Guide Dog Center for the Blind. Now she takes her place amongst the stars.

With the deepest sympathy to Mr. Leventhal and all his family. Special thoughts go out to Amy at this time. I remember her so well. Our daughter Melissa (West) Rhodes and Amy are old friends.
