Arthur Collette Obituary
Art was born Dec. 19, 1957, in Hartford, the son of Anna (Vignone) Collette and the late Arthur R. Collette, Sr. Art was an avid bowler and bowled in several leagues, including the TNBA at South Windsor Ten Pin and the Bradley Bowl. He also enjoyed golfing and was a fan of NASCAR, the New York Giants, and the New York Yankees.
In addition to his mother, Art is also survived by two children, Nikkole Nelson and her husband, Robert of Bristol, and Jeremy Collette of Windsor Locks; two beloved grandchildren, Maddison and Evelyn. Art is also survived by a sister, Marie Coltey and her husband, Gary, of East Hartford.
Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family on Tuesday, June 16, 2015, from 4 to 7 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 7 p.m. at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring St., Windsor Locks. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
